Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 7, 2026
1. Who we are
ReclaimIQ is operated by ReclaimIQ ("we", "us", "our"), the seller and provider of the ReclaimIQ service (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You can reach us at patrick@reclaimiq.org or 949-259-3645.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns, and is responsible for the collection and remittance of applicable sales taxes and VAT. Your payment details are handled by Paddle, not by us.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the organisation you register on behalf of.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
The Service is sold as a monthly subscription. Plans are Starter ($99/month, 1–25 units), Growth ($199/month, 26–100 units), Scale ($299/month, 101–500 units) and Portfolio ($799/month, 501–2,000 units). A 5% fee applies to amounts successfully recovered through the Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and access continues until that date. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or misleading content;
- submit fraudulent warranty claims or falsified documentation;
- attempt to access other customers' data, or probe, scan or breach our security;
- reverse engineer, resell or white-label the Service without our written permission;
- use the Service to violate any applicable law, sanction or third-party right.
6. Your content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the invoices, warranties, photos and other content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process and analyse that content solely to provide the Service. We own the Service itself, including its software, models, branding and documentation. No rights are granted other than the right to use the Service during your subscription.
7. No guarantee of recovery
The Service helps identify and prepare warranty claims. We are not a law firm, insurer or claims adjuster, and we do not guarantee that any claim will be accepted or that any amount will be recovered. Decisions rest with the manufacturer, vendor or contractor concerned.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practical, if you breach these terms, if payment fails, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service or other customers. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. On termination we will delete or return your content in line with our Privacy Notice.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
